Dolce & Gram-mama Bag

Dolce & Gram-mama Bag

My Grandmother was a wicked crochet artist. Although she mastered many kinds of “home crafts”, her crochet skills had an Olympic quality to them. She could crochet a set of 12 delicate beverage coaster doilies in a day which was pretty amazing considering that you use only one hooked needle at a time. However, her real expertise was in using the thicker, brighter yarns to produce what we called “Granny Squares”.

She turned those “Granny Squares” into blankets, sweaters, hats and scarves like it was her job. She was a real hooker.

I stumbled upon this new, extremely fun, Dolce & Gabbana crocheted tote and had a major flashback. I absolutely love this bag!

It made me long for my custom-made crocheted poncho. Where is that beauty?  Is it buried in the moth balls?

I come from a long line of hookers. This bag is expensive, BTW.
