My friend has to go for her routine colonoscopy and we already know the jokes that come out of that procedure.  Having done it before she knows that the best part is that twilight anesthesia.  Last week she went to visit her dermatologist who discussed with her a new, very painful, laser skin tightening treatment.  The wheels started turning.  Why waste perfect anesthesia on just a colonoscopy?  Is there any, she mused, that she could do both ends at once?  Seriously. After nearly spitting out my dinner I started thinking that this could be a really good idea. Maybe an entirely new marketing campaign or a calling for a new hybrid specialist; A colontologist.  What do you think, Mypheme readers??
